Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any session, workshop or service requires 24 hours notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the session date/time will be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Session cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the session date/time will be eligible for reschedule only. If a session is not cancelled or rescheduled with the required notice, the session will be considered a “no-show”, and it (and any payments associated with it) will be forfeited.
